I am really confused by all these different names for what looks to me like the very same product. To add more confusion to the mystery, we have the Janty eGo and the joyetech eGo.

Can someone please explain to me what the difference is in these products, as well as the difference behind the Joye and Janty eGo e-cigs?

Does anyone know of a place that sells the Joye eGo XL (Mega) 900maH as a kit, and not simply as spare parts? (I am not looking for the regular nor mega 510 kit; I want an eGo or one of its cousins.)

I am a GUY from L.A. not girl. lol
Janty and joyetech are the same, except for the logos. They are made by the same company. The others are clones. They are made by various companies. The Riva is supposedly the best of the clones, slightly longer batt life than an eGo. I have heard great things about the Hello 16(goodbuy), and it has twice the batt life of the eGo. I have heard negative things about the T-Rex, but not having one I can't comment.

I just bought my first Riva from ecigsupply and loved it so much I bought another kit 2 days later. Also heard great reviews of the Hello, and the price is reasonable. The deciding factor for me was the Riva comes with 2 batteries even though the Hello battery last longer if it dies your done without a backup.

Janty Ego, Joye Ego or Twisted Vapor Tornado are all the same devices. Riva is a clone but a well made one that is typically cheaper and longer battery life. The only thing I've heard bad about the Hello 16's is that they us a proprietary conemizer instead of atomizer and separate cone like the others. This means you can use a 510 atomizer on it, but without the cone cover or you have to use the Hello 16 conemizers to have that "sleek look".

Almost every review of the T-Rex has been negative. Mostly issues with batteries falling apart. Some people have gotten lucky and not had an issue, but far more have been complaining on here. Just do a search for T-Rex.

I am new to vaping (under a week). I was a 1 & 1/2 pack/wk when I was a full-time smoker, but in the last 4 or 5 years I've gone down to 2 or 3 "sneak" cigarettes a day with occasional bckwrds slides. I found this forum, which is what gave me the confidence to try e-cigs, but there is too much information to try to incorporate quickly when you are nicking & fed up with analogs but need something NOW! Still being cautious I went with the cheapest rig I could find - the "510 Manual Battery Carto Kit" from mad vapes. It comes with 2 batteries, 5 combined cartomizers & a charger for $30. So far so good but I see why heavier smokers would prefer something with longer battery life. I like that they are compact & discrete but I will definitely be upgrading soon (once I figure out what and where to buy). Thanks for the forum guys! One suggestion I would make is to have a gallery of what the different pieces and components look like so we newbs aren't just imagining what it is you're talking about. Even the sites that sell the stuff are confusing. Thanks again!

Check out Cignot. She has a selection of kits and when I bought mine it was th 900mah version. Also if you have any questions Vicki is fast with her response to your questions.

Dormouse is spot on (as usual). The LF Riva 510 kits, with two 750 mAh batteries, charger, couple of atomizers and cartridges, come in at right about $30 after the ECF discount, a sweet price. Add some Boge 2.0 ohm LR cartomizers (I just like cartos rather than atties, and 2 ohms delivers good warmth and vapor production) and it is a quite nice setup.
