eGo Spinner Trouble

I have a new 1300mah Vision Spinner and have a strange problem. The light will blink, like the button has been pushed too long, after about 4 seconds or so. It does it more the later in the use it is, after about 8 hours. Does anybody know what this problem may be.

It's the cutoff of the device. I know it seems short but the solution is to cycle the button. Push it in when you start your drag, wait a couple seconds, let off it real quick, hit it again and finish your drag. I would count it out and see if it's really 4 seconds though that seems too short
