My eGo-t (love it!) makes a loud hiss as I draw. The air has two intake holes, and I was considering filing two more to quiet it down. Any one w/ same issue? Got a better idea? Please be more helpful than just telling me to buy something different.

It's not uncommon for attys or cartos to make a little noise, hissing, crackling, popping, etc..... after vaping a while you won't even notice it much of the time.

...snap crackle pop hiss...yep, my resurrector is cooking right along and all is right with my world...never used the tank so don't know what noise is normal...if you file another pair of holes be careful you don't short the batt........

if you have spare/replacement equipment and are a tinker-er go for it! theres no laws against DIY! i will say that my e cig (Cirrus MkI by White Cloud) has a 4 slot(hole?) cart, and makes no more noise than breathing in thru my mouth with my lips in a similar shape, if anything its quieter albeit slightly different pitch.
Chances are that your draw will be a lot lighter. I think the eGo-T is too light to begin with.
