I know it's not a very popular PV due to leaking issues, but it's still my daily...I've never had an issue with leaking (yet?).

What I do have a problem with is the atty clogging up seemingly daily. My main vape is Dekang RY4 from HC. Standard battery, and standard atty's (my LR died really quick for some reason). Any tips to keep this thing from clogging?

I've got easy access at work to compressed air, and use it regularly to blow it out...just seems like there should be a better solution. I did buy some fancy clear 3ml DC carto tank thingy from madvapes, but it was seemingly DOA, so I'm still on this guy for awhile.

Thanks in advance!

I believe that still comes with a 1.7 ohm dc prepunched, right? You might not get anyhting out of it on an Ego battery - I know I got very little out of mine. I didn't get any real vapor out of the dcc tank until about 3.8 volts, and it hit its sweet spot around 4v. Genuine Ego batteries tend to run around 3.2 volts under load, maybe less if not at full charge. Open circuit voltage on them has been around 3.9 - 4.2 off the charger for me, and that fades quickly to somewhere around 3.5 - 3.6 open (nothing on it, just metering the battery). I love my madvapes dct, but I have variable voltage mods - and I have since replaced the cato that comes with it out for a 2.5 ohm dcc.

As for your residue buildup - I found higher vg content juices tended to "clog" my t-atties pretty quick. I would just pop the spike plate, and drop the assembly into hot water for a bit, occasionally stirring and then blow it all out and let dry overnight. Usually worked pretty well. Good luck.
