Ego-T battery issues... Who knows alot about these? HELP!

I have an Joye Ego-T 1000mAh battery (genuine, standard) and I need help getting it to work! I just bought another, but would love to still use this one as a backup. So I'm not the smartest and all the electrical stuff goes right out the door for me, but I'm wondering if your eGos are the newer generation with 5 click protection. Could you have over clicked accidentally and shut them off? Have you given them the ten super fast 10 clicks in a row? I'm probably wrong but worth a shot. Call the supplier and let them know. If their reputable, they should send you a replacement right away. You may have to pay to send the offending batt back but no biggie. Good luck and sorry for the bum luck.
