Hi all
I watched a German video on youtube, were a guy replaced the glasfiber-wick
with a the Stainless Steel Mesh, same as the one used on the Genisis.
This Mesh is rolled and inserted, so that it touches the heating wire in the atomizer.
Video is here... YouTube - eGo-TG für e-rauchen-forum.de
I dont understand German but understood that I should Oxidate the Mesh, by heating it up,
cool it diwn in water and dry it. Then repeat this two more times.
I assume that going through this process the conduction of the mesh is being removed.
Now for the question...
Since, I assume, the oxydation layer will disapear with time, the mesh will be conductive again.
Could this method get dangerous, since the Mesh is touching the heating wire, by shortcurcuiting the battery in any way? Or even lower the Ohm?
