ego-t leaking a lot

OK so, my wife and I got a starter kit with big pass-thru batteries. The atty style is cylindrical with fat flat tank tips.
My issue here is that my wife's "tanks" are leaking much more than what I would deem "usual". We both bought a 20ml bottle each. Hers regular mine menthol. When you hit hers you can clearly feel and hear liquidish bubbles. Mine is straight vapor. The shop we bought it from said her tip was melted from the spike. We replaced the tip once already before our trip and they gave her a rubber cap for it and still major leaking. She went thru a whole bottle where as I've not gotten thru 1/2.

I still have the same tip from two weeks ago. Mine is now starting to bubble. I think mine is normal. Hers leaked so much I think it borked the battery because it dissent turn in or charge anymore...... hopefully when we go back to this store the owner doesn't give me any grief over this.

I did read that it it could have something g to do with the wick being too low or something. Just not happy that I invested over $100 to startup including liquids and hers is broke.

I'm basing this on the C but if she's vaping so much she melted the cap she's vaping too much. She probably needs higher nicotine or else self-control.

Given that she's vaped over 20ml it's probably time to clean or change the atty. When they start getting plugged up and drawing hard what used to work fine starts flooding.
Since cleaning a T is almost out of the question (plus with the C I found cleaning to not help much and hurts longevity) and with the cost of replacing the T atty I suggest buying a cone/base and a pack of attys for a C. That way instead of replacing a $10-$15 atty/cone she just replaces the $5 atty.
Or she could get some clearos or a different style of atty.

Those ego tanks that come in the kit are junk, JMO! Get some Boge LR cartos or some clearos or a real tank with carto inside, they work so much better! Reason I say it is junk is because I have some, they do not work well at all. But the batts are great and can be used on so many different things. bnrk

Thanks both of you. Don't think I'm too keen on the cargo idea. Isn't that the kind that are like analog tips? Or look like them. I see so samy different clearomizers. The ce2, 3, and 4 with different cargo/atty and wick designs.

As far as the mega tank thing, I'm active throuout the day and my ego is in my pocket. Don't want it to leak on me. My wife pretty much has hers around her neck mist of the day.

Her tip/tank/atty thing was leaky after the first day. She didn't ask because she just figured if its liquid, it must leak a little....... and her battery is toast. Turn it on and it stays on. Don't want to try with anything attached......

Another thing, the atty I have, can it be used in anything else? I mean the coil, can you use those parts in anything or should I load it into the slingshot? (PULL!!!!!!)
