I bought an egoT LR XL Atomizer that doesn't work. I didn't do anything to it when it came, I just filled a tank, popped it in and hooked it up to my egoT 1100 battery. Nothing. Any tips on what might be wrong?

Maybe it's not making good contact with your battery. Sometimes the center post of either the battery or atomizer can get pushed in a little bit from overtightening. You can try gently prying it back out (the battery one in this case) just a hair and see if that helps
A pin or the end of a paper clip would work. Just don't activate the battery while you're doing it, that would short it out. You don't need to move it very much at all, just a small adjustment
