Hi all, I've been vaping now for 4 months with an Ego and just got my ego T kit from cignot last night. Wow is all I can say, no more dripping, draw and vapor is great. No leaks, but I do notice I don't get consistent hits, some are better than others. Using 50/50 pg/vg menthol from freedomsmoke. I really want to make these attys last as long as possible so I have a few questions:

1. Should I be blowing out atty every night?
2. Preferred atty cleaning method, water or rubbing alchohol? How often?
3. Should I be rinsing tanks out every night?

Had mine for 3 days. There is a very long thread in the main forums...Most detailed info found in the last 30-40 pages.

Here are a few tips I found there.
1. Puncture new tanks before filling with juice
2. Never fill to the top of the tanks.. can cause pressure in atty
3. Cleaning methods as mentioned above
4. One poster has a theory that blowing out the atty can move the wicking material
5. If your getting dry hits adjust wicking material very carefully down in the tube
6. If you're flooding, carefully try to pull up and fluff wicking material in the tube
7. Excellent pictures of the ego tank atty showing the tube and wicking material

I'm on day four of vaping... all with the ego T. So far very easy and "feels" like smoking to me.

My atty did flood today. I'm sure it was my own fault...I took about 4 fast, hard hits in very quick succession and had minor flooding. I just wiped off the outside of the ego T and kept using the atty. What was interesting is that most of the juice stayed in the atty because I continued to get good vapor for at least 40 hits after the tank was empty. I have now refilled the tank and still using the same atty and so far no more flooding.
