I bought my brother an Ego-T for his upcoming birthday. Now, I was wondering if instead of always using the provided tanks, could I buy him just some spare 510 atomizers to drip with? I am asking because I skipped that route when I started vaping and bought a Silver Bullet instead. (Loving it by the way!) So I know nothing about Egos. So do Egos just have basic 510 connections? Also, could you use a LR atomizer on a 650mAh? I know I could just look up this information probably anywhere on the internet but then what would be the point of joining this forum if I didn't use it. lol Thanks guys!

I don't do dripping so I can't really comment on that.
As far as Ego Batteries go they all have 510 ego connects. This means they are skirted like this: 510 eog bat.jpg

A silver bullet has a flat 510 connect like this:

510 Atomizer like this: joye510atomizer__66952__11376_zoom.jpg

I think you can use it on a 650 battery, others with more experince using these will chime in on this , I don't use these products :)
Sorry I changed your typeface - doesn't make for easy reading, but pretty tho ;)

I use to drip with a ego battery I always used a low resistance atty to boost the output and produce more vapor if you go this route pick him up a drip tip to fit a 510 atty. I still drip just for tasting and testing out juice flavors, beats wasting a carto on a juice you may not like. You are a good sister hooking him up with this, I did start out on a 1000mah battery just because I wanted it to last longer between charges.

*I also prefer using LR atomizers on my Silver Bullet. Everything has just tasted so much better! I have been using a drip shield as well. I had a tank but one of my o-rings busted. Didn't really care for the tank so I haven't bought new o-rings. Instead, I'll be buying a better tank. One that doesn't leak.

With the 510 connection that battery has you can put anything on there that uses the same 510 connection. That's the most popular connection in the world so your choices are literally endless. I might recommend Boge Cartomizers (the lower resistance the better), Smoktech 1.7ohm cartomizers, The new long wicked Ego Vision Clearomizer (aka the Stardust), or the Vision Vivi Nova. In that order. The EGO-T tank system is kinda antiquated and it known to leak quite a bit (yet it is still better than the EGO-C which was supposed to replace it). It'll be enough for him to quit but he may desire more in the near future. I listed those atomizers in the order of my personal preference. Any of them would be a decent vape.

As far as dripping the best atomizer you are going to get for that is a "LR 306 atomizer" with a 306 driptip on it. I don't know why they call it the 306, it's a 510 connector, but that's what it's called. I don't really like to fuss with dripping though. I never use mine.
