I have two tanks, both identical, and from the same company. When I put one in it works, and when I put the other in it doesn't. It lights up blue for both of them. But, only hits when the first one is in. Strange right?

I just don't get it. Is there anything I can try with the other tanks?

And this are prefilled, that's why I can't just fill up the other one and it'll be fine.

Check the center pin that should be sticking out the bottom of the 510 connection on the tanks. One is probably sticking out further than the other one. You can either try to pull that out some, or, if the longer one has pushed in the center pin on your battery, you'll want to gently pry that up a little bit.

Welcome and glad you joined. Could try and see if your non working tank will function on another's battery. A B&M vape shop in your area can also provided assistance.

is it the tiny plastic clear insert tank like pick below?? if so, maybe it didn't get pierced open all the way and juice is not hitting atomizer. recall having to pull those back out and pushing plastic into hole more when i had issues with them.

They sell them at walgreens and places like that, I think Haus makes some, njoy might too. They're disposable clearomizers.

I remember those, they're a pita, the coils are hit or miss and don't always work. Also the plastic cartridges cause their own issues. Forget about that nonsense and just get a clearo or something more reliable.

A UK company tried this experiment in abusing their customers. They went into administration last month. Hooray, is what I say!
