eGo tank atomizer compatibility

Been seeing scattered reports that the new eGo tank atomizers do not work with the vGo system's batteries.

Apparently, the top of the battery is too close to the top of the atomizer connection, and doesn't allow the atomizer to seat properly on the threads. Removing a 45-degree chamfer of material around the top of the battery will correct that. I don't have any vGo batteries to test this, so I don't know how difficult it will be to accomplish.

Also heard about the fistpack mod, a small amount of gasketing material may be needed at the top of the device / bottom of the atomizer to allow correct air-flow.

Letting you all know as soon as I do. Wasted money is silly....and you should know that you may have to modify your non-Joye equipment to use Joye toys.

Little update from my Vgo customer. She reports that a tiny amount of material taken around the top edge of the battery will fix the issue. Works great....with a bit of modification.
