Somehow the hard plastic button on my Ego Twist is jammed, at about a 45 degree angle. I can't pry it up, can't turn it, etc. -- it is really FUBAR. I would rather not try to pry it apart to get at the button (as I've heard other people do). I know the KGO soft plastic buttons are really easy to change--just push them in. Does anyone know if I crush my ego button and pull out the pieces if the KGO soft plastic buttons will work on an ego?

My apologies dear friend :/

..deeply from my heart I recommend you to get your self a proVari and save a lot's of cash and frustration :-x
That is an idiotic comment.

I have a twist.....I also have a Provari....The twist is just fine and even provaris can have issues. The difference in the vape at the same voltage is negotiable....especially @ 2ohm. I actually prefer to carry the Twist around over my provari.

RE: Button issue....I'd recommend sending it back under warranty.

I'm just saying cuz I had my vari (V1) for over a year and a half, never had a problem, all while I was reading about so many dead LT's, that one could without any exaggeration call it for a mod genocide.. I highly doubt that it's gonna be any different with eGo twist..

I've yet to see a thread about a broken vari, I ain't saying that there isn't one around, just that I haven't seen one yet..

Come down some time before answering posts. it may prove to be actually constructive ;) Lot's of Provari reported problems especially in the beginning, but then again your head might have been in the clouds and you didn't see them.

Like others have said send it back for a replacement.

I have a Provari, don't need two!..

..if you have proVari then I recommend AIO Noble they run at regulated 3.6volt li-pol batteries, 66mm, 190 mah and inokin have just made some 2.0-2.2 Ω V3 carts to use along..

5.9 - 6.5 watt from an e-...

I have V1P it runs at regulated 3.6volt li-pol batteries, 62mm, 150(or, 160, dnt remember)mAh and I use 2.6-2,8 Ω V3 carts along. Old-school technology, it was new-school 2 weeks ago :/, and I have 6 working batts...

------------------------------------------------

But inokins 2.0-2.2 Ω V3 carts are not out yet, they will be in couple of weeks, I'll order a set and some carts as soon as I can, lol, with SOME faff u can vape DSE901 LR 2.1 Ω atty on all e-... inokin batteries, that's amassing for an e-.....

At the end of the year inokin will release 78mm, 240 mah PCC..

...lol, so you would prefer eGo twist, rather then a e-... at 6.5watt, aye?

There ain't no melt down mate, just works (V1P, I'm talking bot), fantastic flavour, two batts. and a cart last me whole "working"-day.. CARTS LAST FOREVER!! they never die, flavour never changes, just keep on going..

Tho I wouldn't recommended V1P any more!! Cuz inokin has made something better, apparently, I haven't tried yet, but I will as soon as I can..

-----------------------------------------------------------------

In regard to pen-style VV mods, I have had en eye on Innokin iTaste VV for a while, so far I have heard one negative comment and no positive. There is one used for sale at UKV I don't know the prise. I doubt that they are worth it yet, tho I could imagine that in the future that might change...

ALL DAY EVERY DAY!!!

The optimum resistance for a Twist would be 2ohms. That would give you a wattage range from 5.4 to 11.5 watts with a maximum of 2.4 amps.

A 3ohm carto would top out at only 7.7 watts at 4.8V. You'd spend virtually all the time vaping between about 4.3 and 4.8 volts, which would give you 6.2 to 7.7 watts. That's only about 1/3 of the Twists useful power range.

Yup, the iTrash.

Judging by Phil's impression, there's reasons people are selling them off, buyer beware. Taste Your Juice | NEWS ON THE ITASTE

Alright, I wasn't aware that twist was that powerful, but is it any smaller then proVari mini? AIO is e-..., a blend in device..

Neither did I say that iTaste is any good, only that it might become in the future..
