Ego Twist charging question

I have two Ego Twists. I bought the correct charging cable but forgot the wall adapter part. I've been using the wall adapter that came with my KGOs and it works fine. But I sold my KGOs to a friend and have to send that wall part with them. I ordered another wall adapter but it's different and I don't know if it's safe to use. The wall part that came with the KGOs says Output DC 5.0V DC500mA. The new one I bought says Output:5V=2000mA

Is this new wall adapter safe to use with my 1000 mah Twists??

Sure, no real differences between USB wall adapters as they are built to the USB standard...

You should be fine, but if it were me, I would find a wall adapter rated at 500 or 1000ma. Just touch the USB charger while it is charging the battery and make sure it isn't getting warm. The USB charger should regulate the heavy current from the 2000ma wall adapter, but it might be stressed.

Wall Adapter(ma)greater than or equal to USB Charger(ma) and

USB Charger(ma) less than or equal to PV Battery(mah)

Found a 1000maH wall adapted for $4.95, shipped!! But I tried the 2000maH one and it seemed to work ok. I like to be safe with the batts though. Thanks again for the help
