Is there's anyway to revive this thing? could it be just juice in the contacts?

What happened immediately prior to it dying? Have you tried another head to make sure the problem is the battery and not the head?
It was fine prior to just stopping, tried a few heads on ...nothing... the pissy thing is, I just got some juice in the mail half an hour prior to that LOL!

Could be the battery post got pushed down.
Also could be one of the wires is not fully connected inside. I've had to repair 3 in the last few weeks. The wire solder point was a "cold" solder. I also repaired one in which the pcb had shifted and the external button was not making good contact with the button in the pcb. The wires inside are the size of hair strands- very small.
Glad it's fixed.... First thing to try when that happens is the 5 click on/off trick. Then as vapoor eyes er says above. Also try that on the clearo/carto/atty..... but check the ohm rating on that first. If a coil drops below 1.0Ω you'll run up against the short protection on eGos. So never 'try' the clearo on another battery without metering it first or you're liable to short another batt.
