Is the draw tight on ALL your batteries? If so, it may be a blockage in the air holes at the base of the tank, or maybe the holes got drilled a tad low. Had that on one Evod, and an ego to 510 adapter solved it.

Yes!
First thing I did was put that tank on my battery
Don't have a good reason for that.. just wanted to see..

I drained the juice, wiped everything clean
Did find the coil to be loose and spilled a bit because of this..

If we we're not running the same juice, I'd think it was the juice..

I put the coil back on (without juice), put the batt back on (no power) and drew on it
Drew very smooth and felt un-blocked..
Add the juice and it's a hard draw..

Next move is to change the coil..
Just didn't think the coil could be bad from the box...
And if it is... Then how the heck do you tell??
(Or did I just experience the answer to the question..)

I've had a similar situation - wife is less experienced vapor and sometimes when refilling the coil in the T3S will come loose. Tightening the coil and then tightening the T3S to the batt almost always solves the problem. After a while - it's just the wicking/coil getting gunked up - then the 30minute vodka bath solves that - for about three times but I get another months or two from each cleaning. ymmv depending on ejuice - darker ones, the cleaning is more frequent. I've attempted to move toward lighter ejuices but for some, it's just not possible. My favorite - Habana Reserve from Decadent Vapours is tough on wicks and coils but it's worth it for me.

Thanks guys for the responses!
It's helping

I changed out the coil for a new one.. Hard draw..
Seemed like the base

Said the heck with this, gave her one of my good running ones
Draws great!

Took her 'bad one', removed the juice and added some of mine

Draws a little tougher, but no where near what she was getting..

I'm starting to think I may have a poor mix of Juice...
Is that possible??
Would that cause this??

Then again.. same juice, should have the same effect..

I'm lost on this one.. But still listening and learning

I see a lot of T3S's. Sometimes you can have a bad base. Sometimes a bad coil. I've seen a base with ZERO air holes. As Kanger makes more of these, I feel they may be having a decline in QC.

I agree - the T3/Tabac BCC one unit base and coil were much more consistent and the threading was better than the new bases which can bottom out before a good center post connection - never had that with the Tabacs - unfortunately most of the units are gone and almost all the one piece replacement coils in 1.8 ohm are gone for good.
