So I bought my first vision spinner about a month ago and the button became stuck after about a week of use. Looked around online and found that its a common defect for the battery and the shop I purchased it from happily gave me a replacement, no questions asked.

I'm now on my second battery and after about three weeks of usage the battery is now turning itself on at random until the safety kicks in and turns it off (happens even when standing up straight, nothing coming in contact with the button). I'm now having to regularly switch into sleep mode to avoid the issue and not burn my coil out prematurely, but I have a feeling that constantly clicking at the button could exacerbate the problem. Tried to find fixes or suggestions online, but got a lot of nothing. I'd hate to go back to the shop again for another return. I'm now debating giving up on this battery type entirely or attempting to fix it myself (I have some background in repairing electronics).

Anyone else experience this level of vision spinner possession and know a fix? They seem like decent little batteries, but getting two in a row that broke in such a short time period has left me frustrated.

Did a lot of programming in HS and early college, but switched from CS to Genetics. Cause, yanno, programming life, god complex and all that. Hexadecimal is just a throw back to when I used to help out with SNES ROM translation projects. And the cartoon Reboot.

Thanks for the clarification on the batteries. Other than JoyeTech, are there other reputable battery manufacturers? This whole adventure into vaping has a bit of a learning curve to it and I got the VS on a recommendation not knowing that they break easily.
