It won't charge at all anymore. I'm mad. Just a question, does their CS usually suck this bad? I've sent 3 emails and no reply. There must be a warranty? Looking for box tomorrow with paperwork in it. And now my MPV20 isn't working consistently either!!!

Need a working vape for crying out loud!!! I'm not happy. :(

You got yours to last 4 months? That's about 3 and 1/2 months longer than I got any of mine to last. I would take a look at the new Kanger Nebox if you're looking for something similar. I don't think it's actually releasing until December but it's pretty much a beefier eGrip from (IMO) a better company.

As far as getting a solid and small mod I would definitely look at getting an iStick either the 30W or the TC40W. Both are very solid mods and are pretty dang small.

Hi, Ok I looked back and I got mine in June. Contacted the vendor I purchased it from, Stevens vapes or something like that (too lazy to find email right now) But wrote him for a replacement and he told me to contact Joyetech for replacement. I did, got first reply asking if I tried different charging cord ( UH, DUH-YES!) and wrote back and they said the vendor I purchased it from is responsible for replacements etc. OK, so told them that he told me to contact them... so wrote Steven back and asked for a copy of Joyetech's email, which I forwarded. He said he'd contact them in hopes he can help me. At this point I'm ready to give up, I see this going back and forth forever. So irritating. Will keep you posted.
