Sorry, no. 10ml spout childproof bottles can be had, but I've never seen that one
The bottles Flavor Art (e juice flavor manufacturer) comes in (old style) are similar to that one. Flavor Art is an Italian company so I would guess the best place to look is in Europe.
That type of bottle appears to be another version (picture shows external rather than more common internal safety/childproof cap) of the present childproof cap bottles most US blenders/suppliers provide.
