hey Ecf!,

So i've had this problem for a long time but figured i should really fine tune my vaping experience more, so i'm coming to you for help once again.

I love narrow Drip Tips because the flavor and the vape to me is more enjoyable, but the problem is no matter what build or wick i use/build, it ends up coming up into my mouth and not just a splash... i mean like i feel like its pouring in my mouth. I usually have Q-tips near by and i will clean it and see that the Q-tip is completely soaked in ejuice. I've had this happen on every RDA and sometimes even with my tanks like the Herakles Plus, UWell Crown, etc. if i use a chuff cap though, its fine on the RDAs

Is this the only fix? Im not a big fan of the looks of the angled adapters. I like the small sleek look.

Oh, no there's lots of other options.
I prefer the adapters myself because I can use my regular drip tips, and I prefer to use the same drip tip all the time especially if I switch toppers so that I don't be fooled my a change in drip tip.

This really is a huge problem, and I have yet to find a fix. Nearly all of these new tanks seem to dump juice in your mouth. The wider tips do help with that effect, but I wonder if we're just inhaling the juice instead. I found a drip tip that has a filter type thing on it, and it didn't help either; just slowed it down.

I've already gotten a ton of tips from fast tech and a couple are a nice middle ground. I think that's your best bet to find one that gives the best of both worlds of what you're after. Really a crappy problem though, that I hope companies start to address soon.

In my experience when I have gotten eliquid in my mouth the cause of it was either my wicking in my coil (expecially if I had the wattage or voltage set low, and the wick was soaking up the eliquid quicker than it could be heated and vaped) or drawing too hard with my airhole too closed. Do you get gurgling? Also, what rda or tank do use? I feel bad that you are experiencing this, because it is frustrating. I do not know if that helps you or not :)

Doesn't help but i appreciate the time you took to write the post, for your question, i use the Aeolus Lite RDA, Kennedy 22 Competition RDA, Mutation X V4 RDA, Magma RDA, Tobeco Velocity RDA, and the tanks i use are the Herakles Plus and the Uwell Crown.

You'll always get a coating of liquid on the inside of your drip tips, even if you aren't getting any liquid in your mouth, it's just condensate. A looser draw with the airflow opened up more will reduce spitback, as will a drip tip or RDA with a wire mesh or drilled plastic screen, but it cannot be completely eliminated unfortunately.

I wish I had experience with those, but I do not. I do not use rdas much. I hope you get this worked out and manageable for you :) Good luck :)

If you place your coils too close to the center of the rda, it's gonna spit at ya. Try placing them closer to the air flow without touching the top cap/air flow control.

In my limited experience and none with the equipment you mentioned ... I've found that if a tank is feeding me juice and there's nothing I can do or regulate, I fire the coil a split second to a second before I vape and I vape slowly at first just initially (maybe shorter than a split second LOL) is all it takes, that SEEMS to help a little. You'd get the hang of it. I'm Hobbs and I HATE juice on my lips

Honestly though, as mentioned, a different drip tip helps too. For me, the drip tip off an Aspire Nautilus works best from my arsenal of tips in such cases and I DL hit with tank air wide open. I don't own or have ever tried a "bent" drip tip though.
