It's a search engine that brings up all of the vendors with the best deals for what ever product you're looking for.

A 4 ml tank would be wasted on me because I'd only fill it half way. If I filled it up, by the time I'd vape 2 mls I'd be bored with the flavor and either try to put it back in the bottle or down the drain. I like smaller tanks because I get bored very easily.

I do! I always have at least 2 going at one time. The GS16S on a mini and the MS on a 30W. That's really the main reason why I don't need a 4ml tank.
