Mornin Fellow Air Heads!

What Color are You Looking For LVM?

{:{}

Hi Skully. I have found it, but I'm not willing to pay the price they want for it, especially when I already have so many other mods.
Oh, and good morning Airheads! :)

Built another mesh-liner coil this morning, straightened out the mesh a bit and placed it in the cap.
The mesh stayed in place within the cap and went onto the rewicked coil easy-peasy.
So with this development by Pufzepplin, installing and removing the cap with the tank by @IMRs , rebuilding the
GS Air coil became as easy as redoing the Evod type coils! Nice thought that you can remove the cap and
retain the liner in the cap, clean and replace cap without mucking with liner again.
Interesting to see how this works with different viscosity liquids if you have to increase the layers of mesh for
higher PG juice. I have no idea what type or size mesh I have either.
Can't wait for @LynnNC to weigh in on this...

haha, Great – glad to hear it works for ya !

not sure why I mentioned using mesh, just kinda blurb’d it out… o_O

when I wrap’d mine, I made the mesh ‘short’ enuff that it didn’t touch,
then using 80%+ VG...

I had to look it up; this is what I have and used (#350-316L SS)
I don't even know - is 500 bigger or smaller than 350... ?

- Stainless Steel Mesh

:)

I use high VG too, wondering how it will work for those who use higher PG juice. I suppose just add more layers would fix any flooding.
Short enough in relation to what?

I know very little about mesh sizes, have no idea what size I found in the drawer. I'm sure we'll solve this mystery! :)

yepper, I don't know sqwat about mesh (just thought I'd try it)
I made the mesh just short enuff to NOT touch ends together (around)

500 is denser than 350 by quite a bit ;)

is this what ya mean ? 500 has bigger screen hole than 350 (or vise-versa)

The #gauge in stainless mesh tells you the number of strands per inch. #350 mesh has much larger holes than #500 mesh.
