You have peaked my interest in an Ego One tank. But searching finds an Ego One with either 1.8ml or XL 2.5 ml and an Ego One V2 with 2 ml or Mega 4ml capacity.
Is capacity the only difference in the tanks?
Does the CLR coil fit all of these tanks?

I have loved my GS Airs - affordable tank, affordable coils that can be rebuilt.
Sounds like the Ego One fits the bill as well for something different.

Thanks. Ooops - I am now going to go search for the Ego One thread. Duh.
They all take the CLR coils...
eGo ONE tank series – CLR coil

Thanks Cheechako - one question down.

Still searching for the answer for question 2

I am finding more discussion on the kits or the battery, not just the tanks.

And a 3rd question.
Do the CLR coils last weeks like the GS coils do?
There's no reason the CLR coils shouldn't last for months and months. Obviously, you'll need to change the wick occasionally, but that's a breeze to do. If you change the wick when needed (or wanted), the CLR will far outdistance the GS coil in terms of longevity. Remember, when it's all said and done, the CLR is a true rebuildable coil unlike the GS coils, which are meant to be disposable. Cheech and others here have shown that the 1.5 GS coil can be rebuilt, but it's not nearly as simple and easy to work with as the CLR.

This is sounding better and better.

Still searching for the answer to the final question

I am sure I am going to need to try the Ego One.

Thanks for the responses!!

Many thanks to all.
I think I will go shopping now.
You'll notice the tank on the newer version (the v2) has a lot more exposed glass. The original eGo One Mega has a caged look with slots to see the glass inside. I haven't tried any of the others so can't really comment on their performance, but I see no reason it should be any different than the original as long as you use the 1.0 CLR head.

Wow, didn't realize the mini holds 1.8ml. That's even less than the GS Air 2 in the iStick Basic. Still, I don't find refilling a big burden. I generally vape 5 to 6ml per day and have at least two tanks going most times, so not much refilling. I'll be interested to hear what folks think of the mini when they try it.

The 2.5 ml version to be had at MBV for $11.99 and a 10% discount code showed up as well. That just about paid for the shipping - they have blue, black and white in the original version IIRC :)

After googling until me eyes crossed, just went with Mount Baker for the price and I know they ship stuff quickly. I think between these, my GSAirs and good old Aspire tanks maybe it will all be good as long as my coil/cotton supply holds out.
