May have already been said, imho it looks similar to a Kanger Aerotank. Do not misconstrue that I see no valued use in the Aerotank, or dual coil tanks to mean dual coil tanks are not good quality tanks. I believe they are if you percieve a difference between them and single coil tanks, warranting them. imho, there was no percieved warranted difference to offset extra cost, hassle in rebuilding the dual coil heads.

We each find what works for ourselves, respectively. Tried using single coil heads with the Aerotank. That worked for a bit yet it eventually disproved itself. The heads realized they were mis-sized for the purpose in that model of tank. Mass hilarity ensued as the user scratched his noggin and pondered, "gee, why did I get juice all over my hands?"

Again, if you find a valued difference warranting dual coil heads/tanks, knock yourself out. :) Will stick with the mundanely simple and easily rebuildable single coil heads.

Fantastic tutorial, Cheechako! :toast:

What's the diameter of that blue screwdriver, do you know?

Also, if you could give us a name or a picture of the package or something that could help us identify that wrapper, that would be very helpful.

Will try to find out and pass it along!

I can't believe that I haven't touched the new coils I ordered with my tanks, I thought this was a great tank from the get go with
factory coils, but recoiling has made this my go to all day vape tank now!
Talk about a cost effective tank and coils. I am so glad i took a chance and a big tip of the hat to Javamon for bringing this
gem to our attention!
I'm sitting here in vape heaven with the coil I rebuilt last night, blowing clouds and savoring the flavor!
What's nice Lost is that for what you spent on one tank and one box of coils is much less than the current favorite, which will remain unsaid so as not to incense or insult ;)
Much easier on the vape budget!

Yes. I only wish I had found it sooner. Would have saved me even more money! Now I feel like I have to stock up, just in case it becomes discontinued, or some other such disaster.

good morning to all yo fine experts. Apologies in advance for typing errors...my computer has died and I'm trying to manage with this strange thing called an i-pad, after four or five decades with a real, full-size keyboard. While waiting for the Sweet-Vapes box to arrive with the GS airs, I've tried the pro tank II with good results on a 30w. I-stick. THen I tried my (apparently unfashionable) Unitank Mini. Great flavor and vapor production at six watts! Finally, I put a brand-spanking new Unitank---the bigger one--on another I-stick. This last one got a never used 2.4 ohm coil. Happily puffing away @ 5.7 watts. I checked the display, and it tells me the coil is 2.7 ohms! All other coils on all my various tanks have displayed the precise resistance shown on the coil packages. I'm curious. Have other people had this variation with Kanger single coils? It's working fine, and should last forever @ 2.7, so this is just about wondering what's up.

Can't speak directly to the Kanger coils, but I can tell you the coil I have in my GS right now is reading at 1.6 ohms instead of 1.5. I hear +/- .2 difference in reading is normal.

Between variations in ohms, wicking and other factors with most factory coils I seem to set the wattage or volts to suit the particular coil.
I've had these Air factory coils going great at 8 ohms and another run lower at 6 ohms with about the same effect.
I have been able to run much higher since rewicking as it seems to keep the wick wetter.
I believe they still hand wind the coils in most of the systems still, probably wrong about that, but I remember seeing a video
where these ladies in the factory were winding them by hand...

Thanks, LVM. I'd read about the tenth of an ohm delta", but hadn't come across .3 variances. It surprised me only because my 1.8 coils read at 1.8.
Maybe the coil has an extra wind? Definitely a first world problem. (°j°)

Ohms are funny. When the atomiser gets old or a bit stressed out it will normally move up in ohms. I've had BVC coils start at 1.8, pretty quickly move up to 1.9, and then move onto 2 or even 2.1 when they're getting tired. Ymmv.

That's pretty much my experience with those as well.

If I weren't a lady, I would respond with a few choice words for Mr. Putin. But since I am a lady, I shall just say flock you, Mr. Putin.

Yes. If he keeps sending large (elderly) aircraft to the southwest coast of England he might begin to regret what he's flocking done. Sanctions get deeper. the Russian people get poorer, Mr P still has his megalomania to deal with. How could you do this to your own people? Strange chap.

Made it through most of day one of my vape buying fast. Trying to hold out til Friday.

I had planned on doing the same. Didn't make it through the day since Evape got more tanks in stock. Lol. Had to order another and 3 more packs of coils.

The main thing is to not turn vaping into a hobby, as I did, if you want to save money. I enjoy it and use everything I have but I don't recommend it for anyone that is trying to save money. Cigarettes are $8.50 a pack here though and I used to smoke 3 packs a day so I could figure that I probably have saved money!

Turn that $ into a £ and that's the price of cigarettes in the UK. OUCH! :)

Yes, I think I may be starting to turn it into a hobby and I don't want to spend more on it than I did on smoking. Smokes here are considerably cheaper than where you are, however, and I was only smoking a pack a day. I live in the cigarette manufacturing capital of the U.S. so prices are a bit less around here.
