Steep? What's that?

I DIY my juice and the 2 flavors I vape all the time I never steep. I just mix and vape. They don't seem to taste any different if they sit awhile. I never steeped when I used to buy juice either. But I do have one tobacco that I like sometimes that has to be steeped, so I just make enough that I can let it sit a week without being tempted. Otherwise I know I'll vape it and be annoyed that it doesn't taste right.

I do the shake and nuke when I'm trying out a new mix too see if I have the proportions right. Once I have it right I mix up a 50ml batch and nuke that and let it steep overnight. Some things get better after a couple days, most are as good as they're gonna get by the next day. I do simple mixes, if it needs to sit in the dark and age, breathe, meld, and tiptoe through the tulips it ain't for me.
