Anyone having issues where the device won't stay in tc mode? After I lock the resistance and fire it defaults back to wattage mode.

there may be a resistance from another coil locked in. take the atty off in SS mode. make sure there is no resistance locked in. if the resistance is locked, unlock it. hit the fire button to get the "no atomizer" reading. when your screen flashes back it should read 0.00 ohms... screw your atty back on, if it reads the resistance (changes from 0.00,) then lock your atty's resistance in BEFORE vaping on it. If you screw it on and it still reads 0.00 ohms, very quickly pulse the fire button, then it should read your resistance. now lock it and your good to start vapin' away! MAKE SURE YOUR COIL IS AT ROOM TEMP WHEN YOU LOCK IT. Some say locking resistance doesn't matter, I respectfully disagree, but to each their own. this is a method I have used and have had work.
but if this doesnt work...try cleaning your 510 with an Iso alch pad... it did the trick for my tugboat

I tried all three of those methods and it still switches into wattage mode :/

Check your post screws, clean your contacts. The only time I've had tc builds jump into vw is when there's an unstable connection for some reason.

    Plug and Play....

I picked up a TC100 as the replacement for a S213. I simply plugged in my 3 favorite wire types, selected the one for the tank I had mounted, read and locked the resistance and I'm happily vaping away.

Outside of the rather odd method of changing the Wattage in TC mode and VERY stiff disable switch I'm happy with my purchase. (I did not even read the manual!) The USB charge/firmware update on the bottom might dictate which tanks I have mounted (mod needs to lay on front or back while plugged in, best not have a leaky tank!)

The mod seems to be very naturally fired via thumb or fingers and due to how 'skinny' it is I think its rather 'pocketable'.

Overall I think it is a nice addition to my growing family of 2x18650 mods.:thumb:
