Eleaf iStick Pico leaking !

Why ?
Brand new ... primed the coils , screwed everything together tightly , did not overfill , kept the airflow closed while filling , but after a few hours of vaping it starts to leak through the air flow holes . Not right away but twice now this has happened , any suggestions ?

Melo 3 mini ... came as a kit

might want to check that coil is not overtightened - overtightening can cause the o-ring to deform (under the coil) and allow leakage

Thx dcfluegel ... looking @ coil o-ring now , comparing to new one ... looks the same in both ... will clean , put back together ( not too tightly ! ) & try again

Hmmm you will really need 2 different tanks for that.
Or maybe 1 tank with 2 different coils.

I use the pico with 4 different tanks, never had a leaking problem. Of course if you have a leaking problem its the tank, not the pico.

If it is starting to leak through the airflow holes after a few hours use, it sounds to me like you may need to increase your wattage for the resistance of coil that you are using. If you are getting more juice to the coil than you are vaporizing, the juice will flood the coil and leak out of the airflow holes.
