Not really a case of where to set it as much as where you like it. Begin at a low setting and increase gradually until you find your sweet spot you'll know when you've gone to far by the taste then back off again.
Remember the initial setup that was on it? That. Two coils, side by side, finishing up around 1 ohm. It's worked a charm for me on my Cloupor Mini, which is also 30W. I usually run it around 16-17 Watts.
The Lemo can be built with a wide range of coil sizes and resistances. So start low and raise your power a little at a time until you're happy with your vape.
I have a 28g 1.4 ohm coil in mine at 12.8W. That doesn't mean you would like that though. And with a different e liquid, there's a good chance I would raise or lower it to suit that juice

It's all about what tastes good to you. There is no "magic" setting. Major thing is you don't want your watts so high that you will burn your coil and wicking media, other than that rule of thumb, it's all about what tastes good to YOU. what others might think is perfect, you might hate and visa versa. So it's just a matter of what you like and what tastes good to you personally. Best wishes
