Not sure if there is any that do not need a USB. I want one that I can plug into the wall and vape. Any ideas? Would like to be able to use my Volt carto's if possible.

Smokeless Image Volt is basically a 808 model, so you need generic 808 passtrough, it should fit your Volt carts. But I haven't seen models that plug directly to the wall outlet, you have to get usb power supply.
You can check available models at vapegrabber.com, use 808 passthrough as a keyword. For ex. Nhaler has nice telescopic ones.
