Dates: Extension of comment period- Submit comments by July 2, 2015.
Summary: We will hold the third, and final, public workshop to obtain information on electronic cigarettes and the public health on June 1-2, 2015. We also extended the comment period to July 2, 2015, to allow interested parties time to submit comments concerning the third workshop. Even if you cannot attend the public workshop, you are invited to submit comments, supported by research and data, regarding electronic cigarettes and the public health.

So there would need to be a study/research and data provided to show for example the "public health benefit"
of 1 million less packs of cigarettes being smoked each day by 1 million vapers (now non-smokers) to show that there is any benefit? In the meantime smokers continue dying and the FDA will continue to bury them in/with the need for more documentation. The "benefit" seems like a no brainer without any "proof". Srry for the rant. Cheers.
