Customer service top notch in first experiance with them. I first of all have been trying to get a 5ml j tank for the bullet in Black with no luck finding them in stock for a while now , and checking most every day. So i sent them a email asking when they would be in stock they responded shortly after , ( check website twice a day between 12-5 pm ) you will soon find one . so the very next day i did check for the first time with no luck, later that evening i was on the coputer and email come in ( just put black Jtanks up on site ) i checked sure enough jtank in black ON THE WAY.
AND they shipped the first thing the next morning.
