I've never used one of those, but it looks like a top coil(?) Anyway, little tiny pieces of mass-produced plastic aren't known for their quality, so a high failure rate should be anticipated (if it doesn't happen, yipeee!). For similar clearos, in my experience they tend to perform better if they aren't filled up higher than just below the tops of the wicks. It seems like any more and juice gets into the center tube anyway. If they are leaking from the bottom, try rolling up a piece of paper towel and sliding it inside. I do it until the paper comes out dry. If it's taking awhile, I may just let it sit with the paper in it for a few minites.

It starts to drip as soon as i start filling so annoying! Would you recommend anything other than a clearomizer? Is a carto with a pre filled tip? As you can tell im pretty new to all this! Thanks for you help.

What kind of battery are you using? What were you using before the clearo?

ETA: You can get pre-filled cartos, but most people fill their own to have more varieties of flavors.
