On the 14th I placed an order for 2 "Ego" 1100mah batteries, a charger, 2 atomizer covers, some needle tipped "bottles", and a case.

I got an E-Mail confirmation saying that my order had been submitted.

Then I got another E-Mail saying another order had been submitted. The order number was one number higher than the other.

I checked, both orders were identical. So, I E-mailed them back telling them they had double ordered me.

Nothing for 2 days, then I get 2 separate E-mails saying that my orders had shipped.

My bank had 2 identical charges from them, as well.

So, I E-mail them back, asking why they had shipped both orders after I had told them that it was an error.

A day later, I get an E-mail saying that they had not sent the second order and I would get a refund. They just need me to E-mail them back to confirm I only wanted the one order. Which I thought was stupid since the E-Mails they were responding to were all about how I did not want the second order.

So, today I get the package. Instead of the atomizer covers I had ordered, they sent me 2 Ego-T atomizers. I had also ordered what I thought was a 4 pack of needle tipped bottles, but only got one. The Product description says "bottles" and they picture 4 bottles.

I called them about the refund, the bottles, and the atomizers. I'm told that NOW I will get a refund. Apparently, they had not submitted it before I called, because they had me holding on the phone for a good while during which a lot of typing and what sounded like gangsta rap was playing in the background.

They told me the bottles were sold individually, I told them the ad was misleading, but I didn't have a leg to stand on since it also didn't say "4 pack" either.

They told me they would send me out 2 atomizer covers like I had ordered.

So, it took me 9 days to get a package from Florida to Virginia, I got double charged and have yet to be refunded (hopefully taken care of, but still have not seen it in the bank) and I didn't get all the pieces I ordered. Plus, I was mislead by their ad and paid $4 for a single plastic bottle.

I read another bad review on this seller last night, so I felt I should contribute.

By the way, the tracking info they sent me never went active, which was another complaint by the other reviewer.

Now, if I get the refund and the atomizer covers as promised, I'll be happy for the most part. Especially, since the T atomizers I got instead of what I ordered are more expensive than what I wanted. Guess I'll be buying some T cartridges and trying them out.

But, all in all, I think it was pretty poor customer service and a very long shipping time for the location.

Ok, to update this thread. . . .

I got the refund for the double order.
I got the two original batteries replaced as both of them died.
After I got the replacement batteries, I received 2 more batteries a week later.
So, I've had a total of 6 batteries from this place and 2 different chargers from them.
As of last night, the last one died. I'm not even going to bother trying to get any more of them replaced, what's the point. If 6 batteries can't last 36 days, they are obvious junk.
And I was only using one at a time in rotation with my Joyetech passthrough (which is still working great)
Just in case, I was using the same charger with the same battery until it died, then I would switch chargers when I got out a new battery to be sure the charger had not killed it somehow. I was using their knock off chargers and Joyetech chargers, so it's wasn't a charger issue. I keep my PV clean of excess juice and my posts were not just pushed in too far, either.

Anyone who says knock offs are the same as Joyetechs need to try some of the crap from these guys.
