I don't know if you will find one. Something about Paypal not being used for nicotine products. I heard they canceled some suppliers Paypal transactions. Some of the overseas companies use Paypal like Heaven Gifts but the shipping is high.

Yea, I buy things off of eBay from China all the time and I know shipping to US from China costs next to nothing. That's why I don't use Heaven Gifts.
