It depends on your taste. Speaking of one of the best is tasty vapor but you can get it from just about any of the ecf suggested vendors in the vendors section. Strictly ejuice, ikenvape, good prophets, bombdrop. I get it from alot of different vendors but I'm vaping Tasty Vapor at this minute and it is great.
I'm fairly new to vaping, but I have tried a few different juices. My favorite by far is Halocigs.com. I have only tried two flavors so far, but they're both great. They have high standards for their products and are very quick to ship. As of right now they only offer 30ml bottles but they're going to be adding sample packs in about a month and other sizes in the near future. Good stuff for sure...
Question about tasty vapor.. i hear alot of good stuff about them. But i have to say im worried about wasting money right now on more eliquid that i might find horrible.
I normall vape 24mg Halo menthol almost non stop. But i ordered a sample pack from americaneliquid- butter rum, koeke coffee, menthol, BB champaigne. all 18mg VG. The problem with it is that its too thick and gives me a headache from constant vaping.
If anyone has tried Americaneliquid and Tasty Vapor can you help me compare?

I can only vouch for TV. It sounds to me, and someone correct me if I'm wrong, that you may need to cut down the nic level. TV has a good viscosity (not too thick, not too thin). I vape Tastyfinger (TV's version of Butterfinger) all day. I was a 28 yr menthol smoker and the minty flavors are good but my tastyfinger is my go to. Not sure if this helps but hope it does 
My favorite juice right now is from Vaporbomb.com. Just received my 2nd order from them today and am busy trying all the new flavors tonight! They even threw in 2 freebies, green apple and peanut butter. I found I got terrible headaches, throat swelled up and felt sick from the 100% crystal VG from electronic-cigz.com, even if I only vaped a couple of drops. Vaporbomb is so much better I find so far. I am also patiently awaiting Do More Eh from vapables.com. I am really looking forward to this one as I have read good reviews on it.
I really like the french toast and the toasted almond from juicy vapor. I'm still pretty new to vaping and only tried about 25 flavors but those are my favorites so far.
I love kick juice from esciinc. Hilton, 555 and virginia primo are all very good. I also have the kick toasted toffee which I vape almost daily. I have several fruity flavor from strickleyejuice that I like very much also.
While I have only been vaping for less than a day my favorite flavor actually came as a free sample! It came from VaporBomb, the flavor is Irish Cream. It tastes just like Baileys! A drink that I enjoy on special occasions which now I can taste anytime, anywhere!

I have tried over 50 juices now and I must say that of my top 10, TV holds 6 or 7 spots and I've only tried maybe 9 or 10 of their flavors. To my taste buds, every thing I have tried from them is "dead solid perfect" in flavor. Be aware with TV (as with any mixed-to-order juice) if it is a complex flavor, they get much better with age....I think of it like my spaghetti sauce, takes time for all the flavors to "meld" together into a better whole.
If you haven't checked into the Pay It Forward social group on this forum, i would recommend it, very good way to try out lots of different flavors at little to no cost.

I asked the same question back in February and Tasty Vapor was the answer I got. It was good advice. I am still buying from TV... If you want sweet or tons of flavor, they are terrific.
I am also a fan of LiquidXpress.
If you crave non-sweet but want a lot of flavor or tobac flavor... I am hooked on Alien Visions, Vapor Station, Halo and... LiquidXpress has good coffeeshop and tobac etc...

I also like VaporBomb.com They carry 5ml sizes and let you choose the % of PG/VG that you would like. The reason this is important to me is I am trying to figure out what % I prefer and also what flavors I prefer.
I keep seeing posts where people say they love tasty vapor but since they do not carry sample sizes I am also reluctant to try them out.

My favorites are Tasty Vapor's Atomic Cinnacide and Spiced Rum. Juices are great and service is absolutely outstanding.
Hey Sprizzle you could check over http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/groups/pay-forward.html to see if you can "swap" for some small amounts of TV flavors. It's a great place to try stuff before you take the plunge and buy.
