They've been around a half year or maybe longer. Yet it seems they aren't widely available. cigeasy has them. With delivery, a bit over $4 each. nhaler (KR808-DM1 ClearoCartos) has a similar offering, but they look like they might be an earlier edition.
Some the G-Series cartos I use have a bit of a problem with juice drawing up the center tube. Otherwise, they provide a tasty vape. It looks like the juice in the center tube may be addresses in these C&E models with the funnel shape.
Who knows about these...good, bad, indifferent..? ...other sources for a similar product?
