Elite Batteries do not thread right into PCC

I just purchased an Elite 808 kit along with the Elite PCC....my problem is the Elite batteries thread into the PCC wrong
so that when it's screwed in, the battery button ends up at the bottom front edge of the PCC, making it impossible to
slide the lid shut.

I know its the battery because I have 2 elite kits and 2 PCC's, and the other kits batteries thread fine into either PCC
but the other set of batteries have a different thread on them making it line up wrong in the PCC

Has anyone else had this problem?
emailed support, and they haven't got back to me yet.....really love the Elite, but would love it more if the batteries fit
into the PCC right.
