Hey everyone im from Australia and just received my NEW edition Elusion E-cigarette (8mm) and its working like a charm, the only problem i have though is that elusion dont supply a large range of carts, only a very small range in fact, so i can only basically get coffee/menthol/standard flavours in different strengths. Is it possible to order different branded carts that will fit my elusion battery.. im still new so i dont know about sizes (510?) and etc. any help would be appreciated

thanks

IF THIS HELPS - Elusion 1123 Battery - 70mm long, 30mm around. Elusion Cartridges: 35mm long, 30mm around.

Elusion is not a well known of popular "name" model to buy. Whatever it really is would be made in China - you need to figure out what Chinese model it really is to know if anything else is available.

Why don't you just refill what you have with ejuice of your choice? I know you are in Australia but if you can get filled carts or cartos you should be able to get ejuice.

I saw a photo of the 1123 - it's only 8.4 cm long and as skinny as a cig? If so, that's some kind of super-mini. Sorry - no idea. If the battery has female threads it might be Chinese wholesaler model E8

thanks for replies, yes it is made in china as it says on the box :D the problem is that i dont know if you can refill the elusion cartridges (they are cartridges, not cartomizers as it states on website). there is no way to open the cartridges ordered from the website unless you can refill them through the little hole where the vapor comes through? ive already tried opening one of the elusion cartridges for the 1123 model and they dont seem to budge. maybe they were made like this purposely so elusion would make more money...i dunno. im not so keen on refilling my own cartridges with e-juice, im more interested in simply buying prefilled cartridges from a different supplier that will fit the 1123 elusion battery. i posted dimensions above in first post. any more help would be appreciated

EDIT: many people on other forums are saying that the elusion most likely uses a 510 cartomizer (whatever that mean, sorry im noob :) ) hope that helps.. EDIT AGAIN: haha they are cartomizers, just found out, not cartridges

You probably stick an unbent small paperclip into the mouth hole to push up the tiny juice cup for refilling. That is how most carts that fit over atomizers work.

And when the stuffing in the cart gets old and cranky, replace with blue foam. In the US the blue foam is Marineland Rite-Size U Foam Sleeve for aquariums. And there are small pieces of blue foam for 510 carts sold cheap at strictlyejucie.com - I can cut them down for my small M401 cart's juice cups - search Youtube for M401 blue foam to see an example of cutting blue foam (though he is using some gray foam some type of bottle of TW eliquid came packed in). I cut my plugs a bit longer and a just tiny bit wider to help keep them from slipping into the juice cup. If you can't find blue foam, you can try to make a small wad of stuffing from Polyfill sold at sewing stores - it's like synthetic pillow stuffing. But most people prefer the foam.

BTW after you push up the juice cup and add some juice, make sure the stuffing is positioned near the top of the juice cup. Then you need to get it back down without pressing on the stuffing. I use the silicone plugs that come with my M401 carts but you could try to use a dowel a bit larger than the juice cup or you could try to use the unbent paperclip to push the edge of the juice cup down.

THANKYOU DORMOUSE, the paperclip trick worked, go a paper click and stretched it out completely then got some clamps and bent about 1 mm of the end, stuck it in the cart and pulled and the cap came off. just ordered some Benson n hedges flavoured ejuice from evape.com.au, hopefully should arrive. my last question is can i add flavoured ejuice to pre-filled standard nicotine cartnoizers? e.g. 16mg standard (noflavour) cart + Tobbaco ejuice = toabbaco flavoured and nicotine enhanced cart? thanks, and if i can add it should i add it straight away? how many drops? i know i shouls search the forum for this but its easy to find guides on filling completely empty carts but filling nicotine carts might be different
thanks

IF THIS HELPS - Elusion 1123 Battery - 70mm long, 30mm around. Elusion Cartridges: 35mm long, 30mm around.

Judging by these dimensions I would suspect it is an 801 or 901 if the male threads are on the atty, 1xx or 4xx if they are on the battery, not likely 510 as it is the smallest connector, but I can't be sure. The manufacturers use odd size threads for the connections so you can't even check it with a nut.

I can confirm that the Elusion 1123 carto's fit the 510 battery, however the 1123 carto does not screw in far enough to make electrical contact with the centre terminal of the 510 battery. Manually extending this gap with a conductor of some sort (eg. a tiny scrunched up ball of aluminium foil) may work. Hope this helps.

If the threads of the Elusions cartos match up with the 510 battery threads but are too short than it is likely that 510 cartos will work on the Ellusion batteries.

I have an elusion , are there any other carts that fit the 1123 ? $23 for 5 is a bit steep
Hi hosa85, great to hear you're starting your ecig journey too. I hate being the bearer of bad news but Elusion are no good, you need to change brands unfortunately. I started with Elusion, their delivery and customer service is top notch, but that's where it ends. They have a very limited range of prefilled cartomizers which are hard to refill, their prefilled cartomizers are low on juice (about the equivalent of 6 cigs from my experience), their products are dear as poison, so dear it is almost laughable, their batteries are crap, not only short battery life but they let significant amounts of air in when vaping. I could go on but I think you get the gist. Start saving money and improve your vaping experience now by changing to something else. I went with the 808 batteries and I'm happy as Larry, there are heaps of other options too. I'm thankful to Elusion for introducing me to vaping but that is all, plenty of better quality more affordable options around.

How a company that charges $150+ for a starter kit that includes one auto mini battery is mind boggling, and $20+ for 5 half prefilled cartomizers is theft in my opinion. We live and learn.

Sorry to bump an old thread but I'm the total nub here and ^that^ just saved me what scarce funds I have. Thank you for the tip Sir. I'll now be searching through the forums looking for those better quality, more affordable options you mentioned.
