EM Riva Battery issue

Hi everyone.
A friend of mine ordered Riva kit about a month ago. All was well till about a week ago (sorry Di, David, you might have more details since you've sorted a refund out) both batteries burned - just melted near the atty end. So he got 3 more from EM - same story only lasted less than a day. Atty would fire up even before the button was pressed - as soon as you screw on the atty it would start.

Not sure if it was a bad batch or something and thank you David and Di for your support. Just a message of warning

it is good to know and to let others know when there is a problem like this---


I remember a few times in the past ,
on other forums, there has been a problem here and there
with a battery --

yes - it does happen from time to time,
a bad battery, slips thru the checks -------


it does happen, and altho up till now it has not been serious,

it is always good to be warned, so we can all be careful.

Any battery can go bad, remember these are only batteries, no different than any other battery, ya right, these are the best batteries hahahah, but they still can go bad, David,Di and the EM team are excellent at standing behind there product however, so everyone stick with EM Forever, They will always be the Leader in this Industry !!!

this industry moves so fast,
there are new and exciting innovations every day -

those who manufacture and sell-

must ruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuun very fast to keep up,

sometimes in our efforts to keep up, and even surpass, --

we fall on our face,--

but we get up and try to fix - and move forward with a better effort-

I agree, if we hold hands, and struggle together,
we may falter, BUT,- never fall.

I have seen the support from our members when Eastmall has a - faux pas, -- or when we are attacked --

it is a wonderful thing- I love all of you -
