Email for AVE? Didn't receive correct order.

I made an order from AVE juice a couple of weeks ago. Received it promptly but it was missing the 30 ml of Boba's Bounty I had ordered. It did have the five or six other juices I had ordered.

I emailed them several times over the past 8 days but haven't received a reply back yet.

Is this a good contact for them? Benjamin Labarre <Avejuice@gmail.com>

Really want to try the BB. :)

We've have some help desk tickets that are getting taken care of a little slower than normal, I apologize. I'm getting Christy up-to-speed on how to answer all types of tickets but she should have everyone squared away by the end of the day today. I will say that once she sees your ticket she's likely to send out a new bottle immediately, so expect that e-mail or something similar soon.

On a similar but side note, we might see a few small delays like this in support over the holidays. This is the perfect time to train up all of my wookies on how to handle tickets and it is my plan to see that they are all capable of doing so. If I ever want to go on a vacation again this is a MUST. (hehe)
