Hello Terri,

From our President

Thanks for the Awesomeness. Do you mean the proposed FDA ban that started in April? Legally, by law, the FDA can't ban a product due to the lack of statistical research testing. If such a case were to prevent the sale of these devices and their components, we have a prime attorney to defend this industry. In fact, we'll take it to the next level and file class action litigation (with all e-cigarette vendors in the U.S.) which defends our specific privileges. This in turn, will delay any type of ban, in accordance with Federal laws, until such methods of nicotine delivery can be disproved otherwise. That should take a couple of years.

However, they can decrease the pace of imports from international entities (i.e. weeks to months), hence the reason why we've taken the proactive step of increasing our stock inventory. We've used specific Activity Based Costing to determine statistical purchases based on popularity and market demand. Let's put it this way, we're ready to take on the world...well, by next week.

Note: This shall not be construed as legal advice and is disclosed to you as a statement of opinion.

Me too... I just hope it's not a smoke cloud... they seem to be a new vendor.... maybe just trying to push their stuff.... and I could be wrong.... I really hope they mean what they say.... I don't wanna stop vaping, and if the FDA wins the ban... welll, I plan on throwing a temper tantrum to rival even the worst 2 year old.... there will be flailing about on the floor, kicking and screaming.... tears too... and I might even throw something and refuse the eat my peas and hold my breath...... :D
