Email Problem?

I was reading some posts about some people having problems emailing the company and wondered about something since my emails didn't make it to V4L either.

I wonder if this makes a difference.

My email goes through yahoo so when I'm on a sight and click to email them the screen for msn email comes up which I don't use. If I use this it doesn't go through since I don't have an account. So I open up yahoo and copy the address then do an email. Could there be some glitch in doing it this way?

Definetly not a computer expert, just a thought.

I copy and paste the address for the same reason and I've not had a problem.

I just ran a test. I didn't inform them I was going to even do it.
I sent three emails, one from cox.net, my normal account, one from a Gmail account and one from a hushmail account.
All three left at 9:15am CST, I had a reply to all three at 11:16am CST. This was using the orders@vapor4life.com email.
I can only speculate that the people having problems have spam filtering set to high? I figured the hushmail account would kick it directly to spam, but it came through on it. Not sure what to tell you guys!

im thinking the soldier overseas might have caught up in a spam filter due to the origin of his email. It may block emails from the middle east. not sure about this though.
