I would like to have you send it in along with the Flexi Sleeve so our production folks can take a look and get to the bottom of it.
I have attached a prepaid USPS label for the return along with an RMA form. Please fill out the RMA form electronically. Once complete, print out a copy and include it inside the package. Once it is shipped, email us back to advise and attach a copy of the RMA filled out. We need this for our records
through your ticket/RMA as well.
Our return address can also be located on the form. Please also be sure to note your ticket# on the RMA form so that we can refer back to that if we have any questions.
We recommend using USPS priority mail with tracking for the return.
If the repairs being done are going to be outside of warranty service we will contact you by email and let you know how much the repairs will run before we perform any actions.
**Please make sure to securely package your items, preferably in a box with bubble wrap or packing peanuts. If your items are not securely packaged, they may be lost or damaged during shipping.**
