I purchased an Emit Shotgun mod from Fuzion Vapor around the beginning of June. They sent the unit and it works just fine and I have not complaints about it. Around June 10th, I contacted Emit Vapor through their Contact Us button on their home page stating that I would like to buy the 18500 tube from them since none of their vendors carry it. After nearly a weeks wait, I received an email from Emit that they would be able to sell me the part directly. I replied and asked them how to do so. That was around the 15th and I haven't heard anything back from them. Frustrating behavior from a company that states they pride themselves on their customer service and go above and beyond to make sure you get the answers and service you need as the first thing on the customer service portion of their website.​
