Hi Kat,

Sorry if we missed your e-mail....We are having a hard time getting the empty Go-carts produced right now. I will update soon on the outcome of the Go-go cartomizer situation!

Oh no!!!! I still LOVE my Go carts. Sure hope you can get it resolved.!!

Also I have one M1 tank that doesn't work for me. I filled from the bottom and it worked once or twice then stopped. I am getting NO vape. This was a gift, so I am not out money, but would LOVE to know how to use it properly

    Hi Kat,

Check to see if the coil is firmly secured or screwed into the base piece properly. It could just be a loose connection between battery and atomizer?

We can always further troubleshoot if that is not the problem? The M1 tanks are pretty durable from my experience, it is a little rare though you could burn out a new coil fast if you accidently crank up the voltage all at once if your using the Go-go Fury?

It was the coil. Wasn't secured firmly. And, no, I NEVER crank up the voltage all at once. Keep it right where I like it in the middle:)

    Thanks again for saving me!!

Awesome! You should get a lot of mileage out of the M1 now! Always good to check to make sure coil is secured every time you refill. Often the coil (atomizer) can loosen a bit just from removing the tank from the battery! Grip at silver base when unscrewing from battery.

    Happy Vaping!!! :vapor:
