The new Premium Empties have the soft caps. Just make sure to get them from the "Premium" section.

The originals are non-glued hard-cap - just like all the original cartos.

The new premium blanks are soft cap in my experience.

Yes, the blank premiums have the nice soft ends. My white and golds arrived today, I'm vaping on a new white one right now. They're groovy.
