Here's a picture of an unobtrusive and probably inexpensive solution that Great Lakes Vapor "could" incorporate into their GLV2/3 model. As is reported by many reviews, I found the draw on my GLV2 5v to be less than optimal, requiring that I slightly unscrew the atomizer. After being knocked down a few times, I noticed that the atomizer tended to "rock" more and more, so I looked for an extension that would allow for a tight connection with the device and provide a better flow to the attached atomizer.

Madvapes sells the 510 "shorty" extension which works perfectly and makes the GLV look very nice (picture). The extension will simply be a permanent addition to the device and the atomizer can screw on tightly with sufficient draw. At what I assume is pennies, adding this part to each sold unit will resolve this issue with the GLV.

Installing the extension does require adjustment to the hex-head pin on the underside of the GLV topcap. Just unscrew it a bit with an allen wrench, push the positive pin down further in the 510 connector, thread in the extension, then tighten up the hex-head positive pin and you're done.

Nice design on the adjustable positive pin in the GLV head assembly, by the way :)

I use the same extension on my GLV2..,the "sealed" 510 shorty. I know many who use it on their mods, let alone their GLV's. It also has a nice benefit of acting as a juice "catch-cup" as well for over-dripping, which has eliminated my need for using a drip-shield. I found that I did not have to adjust the pin on my GLV at all with it. Just screw in, and vape away.
