So I posted about dropping my copper smpl mod and the button sticking. I was completely bummed out because it's my favorite mod. I just love everything about it. Well I fixed the tube but the button I couldn't get it unstuck. So I sent Epic a message to see if I could buy a replacement. They replied within an hour and told me they would give me a new button! That's so awesome! I'm so greatful and impressed that they really seem to care about the customer and their product.
Just wanted to share my positive experience. If you're in the market for a new, affordable, made in USA mod, I highly recommend the SMPL.
