I choose beauty and compact size over battery life, for any device.

As an example, I thought I wanted to use 18650 batteries, so got a Megalodon. But it has been in mini mode with an 18350 battery since day one, and the 18650 batteries I got have been wasting away on my desk for months now, together with the Don's middle tube. Same with my SD Mk2 - I bought an extender tube for it to use an 18650, that has been similarly sitting on my desk for months now, along with the batteries and the Don tube.

It really does turn out that for me, the 18350 battery is the perfect compromise between size and battery life, better than the 16340s I was used to using for years in an SD Mk1, but still allowing for the beauty and small size I prefer in a mod, such as the mini-Don and my two ePipes from you. :)

Pipe v battery size will always depend on the individual's use, and everyone will be different. I've no doubt most people will go for the smaller size pipe as it's more traditional. I've been lucky enough to have the opportunity to have acquired a "normal-sized" 18350 and the 26500 Viking. I do use the pipe as my "out and about" mod, and while the Viking is considerably larger than the Cherry egg, the Viking is smaller and more convenient than the Cherry egg and the three spare batteries I have to carry with it when I'm out. And, too, I find the Viking a bit more comfortable to hold as it fits in my hand as opposed to having to be gripped with my finger tips.

I have no doubt that smaller pipes will be the popular consensus, I just hope the larger designs (and capacities) will still be made available. :)

It's a secret!
Smaller size wins over battery life for me as well. I would rather have something that looks more authentic, and is more easily transportable.

However, I've considered getting one of your larger pipes for those Saturdays when I have nothing planned and can just sit and vape while I watch movies all day.

I would actually like a Pipe that could also work as a pass through for when I'm in the car. I'd be nice to take the battery out, and stick a connection into the bottom of the pipe to plug it in or something.

I've recently become enamored of these, since I found the pbusardo video on em. Also, I have to say, I'm very into graphics, and your design of your site, and especially your Pipe Sauce bottles is beyond compare! I haven't been able to schwangle a pipe mod into my budget yet, but am very interested in the pipe sauce. I wanted to ask, though... based on the description, I'm thinking these are primarily vg based, with perhaps a tiny bit of pg in the flavoring. I'm sensitive to pg, so could someone verify that for me? Also, are there any reviews on the flavors, anywhere? Or do any of you have fave flavors? I'm historically not a huge tobacco person, just cause I usually find them rather harsh without benefit of taste... but these sound amazing. Any fave flavors?

Gotta have both small and large pipes. I think I find long battery life to be unnecessary however. Im not worried about it much. A single 18350 gets me through the entire day. Some folks need to charge them multiple times a day. So Im assuming Im a light user or something. That amazes me since I feel like Im vaping all day but for whatever reason the battery lasts plenty long.

A lot of times it depends on what atty/carto you use. If you use a dual coil, well, they eat through battery much quicker. Same with LR and XLR atty's/carto's. For battery life a 2.0 at 3.7v is probably a sweet spot but many people like the warmer vape provided by 1.3 and 1.5 ohm.

Which is more important when it comes to a mod,
Power capacity or the size of the mod?
...
So which is more important- Compact size or 1 day+ battery life?

Apparently I am the exception here.

I like a compromise between the two and slightly favor longer battery life. Personally I find the single 18350 to be a bit limiting and when it comes to pipes the size is not as much of a consideration (as long as it fits in hand). In fact I find the smaller pipes a little less comfortable to hold to be honest.

Maybe I just have big hands. :)

In my mind the ProtoPype arrangement of two 16340's in parallel is a useful compromise and I don't mind the form factor. It could probably benefit from being made a bit more compact by making the "flare" from bottom to top a little more subtle or maybe even using the Blowfish orientation. Heck, maybe it's even be possible to have it hold two 18350's without a significant increase in size? The point is the batteries do not necessarily have to be vertical nor does the body necessarily have to be a vertical cylinder.

Anyway ... I do appreciate the "compact" sentiment and that business-wise it makes sense to cater to the majority. But I would personally appreciate a VV option with longer battery life even if the pipe is a bit larger than a classic pipe.

I should have expected that the folks on my thread would want petite mods :)
I was actually asking the question in reference to a different design style from pipes all together.
But this info does help :)

Here's another idea I'd like to throw out there.
I know this will make a lot of people throw up their hands and say WTF?
But from our end this makes a lot of sense.
I think I talked about this a while back when our e-liquid was first released.
In order to reduce the frequent and large number of eliquid bottles and sales, What if we offered larger bottles?
100ml and perhaps even 250ml amber glass flasks. These would be considered "desk decanters" that would be for refilling your smaller 30ml bottles. Of course these larger bottles would also offer bulk purchase savings.

We still plan on doing sample packs. However that will require a lot more time including new labels.

Let me know what you think.

Sample packs are underway.
Our thought is a 5ml dripper bottle for each of the 6 flavors.
Estimated retail cost for the 6 flavor sample pack is $20.

Yes, now that I know exactly what flavors of yours I love Id be the first to order a huge size bottle. Im already low on SGP again and need more :)

As far as the sampler pack. I think they will be an amazing thing for your juices. It is intimidating buying your juices since they come in 30ml only. You really have to decide because buying them all requires a quite large investment plus all that loss if you dont like it. Im sure many people have wanted to sample your flavors but never have because of the risk.
$20 is a great price to get into the door. I would not at all be afraid to spend that to find out which is going to be my go to flavor.

I blow money on this type of stuff like its going out of style and even I had trouble getting through the entire line. I actually didnt like the first two flavors I bought and hesitated to buy more since there are so many juices available now. Plus we have local shops around here, big name shops even, and they let you sample for free all day, potentially saving enormous sums of money.

Good thing I didnt give up on your juice because SGP and LBF are about the only two juices I vape at all anymore. If any of you out there are hesitating on Matt's juices dont, they are terrific!
