Thanks guys, I can't wait to get it, it was actually up in the Classifieds for a while, the guy sold everything else in his thread except the hammer/rda package and closed his thread, when I realized I actually had the funds to be able to get it I dug up the week closed thread and PM'd the guy, he still had it and now he doesn't. Yippee! Anyone got photos of it in action they care to post, I hate waiting for vape mail!

Speaking of Loki, I managed to break away from the madness of owning a vape store and turn a few freehands this week :)
I'm hoping this will become more frequent, I miss my lathe. I've started out with some more traditional shapes with a couple bits of flare. Since I don't have tons of time at the moment I think this might be the trend for a bit. I might be able to squeeze in a snail, Loki, or Helgafell type of sculpture maybe once a month. I have decided to add some new features to some of the new freehands. I think they will be appreciated. Might have something for you guys by next Friday.

woohoo.... need to make more money :)

I really love how you hid the connectors in the last batch matt!

I'm diggin those too. Doing something a little different with this batch though. I've decided to make several with 3/4 and 7/8 shanks that will allow most tanks to fit flush with the shank. I'm also planning to put a little layer of true stone or acrylic right where the connector sits. This should help repel liquid from the wood as well as allow the atties/tanks to fully seat on the pipes ( provided they have adjustable center pins).
I'll also be doing more recessed ones in the future, just wanted to give this a shot first.

So good news for me.... Ill be able to try out a kayfun type of atty soon!

My girlfriend got me a Russian full size for Christmas. I know, I know, normally I am ardently anti-clone, but I much prefer the finish of the Russian compared to the Kayfun. If two products are functionally identical but one looks better (in my opinion), then that's the one I want, clone or not.

Anyway, that little tangent wasn't my point; I have a 1.3 ohm micro-coil/cotton build on the Russian and I am running it on a kicked Flip from V3tronix. Lets just say my Provari and my pipes are beginning to feel a little neglected. Not sure how I got along before a Kayfun style atomizer, but I'm sure I never want to live without one again.
